Application Steps — what the applicant will complete
1. Student Details
Personal information: full name, date of birth, ID/Passport, contact details, address and next-of-kin. This is the profile that identifies the applicant.
2. Academic Background
Previous qualifications, schools attended, index numbers, years, and grades. Upload transcripts or certificate snapshots for verification.
3. Emergency Contacts
Names, relationships, phone numbers and email addresses of people we can contact in case of emergency.
4. Medical Info
Allergies, chronic conditions, special needs and medical consent — this keeps the institution informed and protects the student.
5. Support Documents
Upload supporting documents: birth certificate, national ID, passport photo, certified transcripts, recommendations and any other files required.
6. Declarations
Review and accept terms, honesty declarations, and submit. Applicants sign off on the veracity of data before final submission.

How verification works
Admins review uploaded documents per step and set verification status (pending / approved / rejected). Applicants are notified by email of changes. You can delete or re-request documents when information is incorrect.
